The Mystery of God and His Shekhinah II builds on the foundations laid in the first part of the study and delves into the concept of divine Shekhina and its relationship to God. The ancient concept of Divine Shekhina is deep, multifaceted, and a foundation for understanding how God relates to his creation. Eli Dorfman explores the spiritual journey of Abraham and the idea of spiritual growth in the Jewish framework and New Testament tradition. He continues to explore key Jewish mystical ideas and relates them to the teachings found in the apostolic writings of the New Testament as he sees tangible connections. Furthermore, the lecturer, explains the idea of Tikkun Olam, the repair of the world, and relates its relationship to Shekhinah and humans as expressed in Jewish Mysticism. Be prepared to imagine the big picture, to ask questions you may not have ever considered borfore, and be enriched through the introspective mystical thought.

I enjoyed this course. Some mystical Jewish elements are similar to the words and writings of Jesus and the New Testament.

This was a great supplement to the first course on Shekhinah going deeper into the mystical Jewish thought and connecting it to both the prophets and New Testament texts. I found it to be very helpful in deepening my understanding of the magnamiity of Christ's death and resurrection as the way to salvation.
